Location was great for what we were attending. Whole apartment was spacious and had a good bathroom

I'm not sure how long you can claim to be brand new, the signs of wear and marks on the wall tell a different story. Couldn't get a parking space at the property when we arrived.

"Disappointed with the apartment as it said new and was not cheap and was not worth the money."

Equipment in the kitchen ie wooden spoons, washing machine that worked. Advertised apartment as new but stuff was well used and some damage so how can this be new?
