Great place at a good price..staff really great.. could have done with a bit of low level maintenance but overall can't complain at all.

Slight niggles...fridge light was like a strobe light when door was opened..front living room main window top hinge falling off so couldn't or dare not open it ... But small issues only..!!

the actual park is well kept and very clean and tidy the two lakes on site provide very good fishing on clean comfortable banks.at a very reasonable price. the maple apartment is very well equipped providing everything we needed. is clean and modern .the reception staff are polite , friendly. and helpful.

the local village burgh le marsh is a bit lacking in facilities for visitors .2of the 3 public house were closed on the days/evenings we visited and the one place that we actually dined in closed there doors at 20.30 pm ,i have visited this village a number of times in recent years. and it was far more welcoming. but overall it did not spoil my stay at sycamore farm park .which i have already booked for a return visit.

The bed was most uncomfortable otherwise I would have rated the accommodation higher.

It clean, great fishing, nice size. Had everything we needed.

We booked and believed that when we arrived we would have a lake view. However there were caravans directly in front of us so we couldn’t see the lake.

Large airy modern and comfortable apartment with all facilities for one or two people. Large comfortable lounge/kitchen with breakfast bar. One bedroom with plenty of storage and TV. (There's also a larger TV in the lounge) There's a hanging rack instead of a wardrobe due to the sloping ceilings. The shower/ toilet is large and modern. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, warm and well ventilated. It is on the first floor above reception (see photo) so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Very pleasant view across the park and lake from the windows. The park is quiet and the mature shrubs and hedges are well maintained. Easy access to Skegness but pleasantly rural. Staff are friendly and helpful and reception has a small shop for essentials. Burgh Le Marsh has a good selection of places to eat.

The internet was inconsistent but I fortunately had a good 4g phone signal. Nothing else!

Location is great. Off the main road but near to shops. Fishing was good and very relaxing.

Bed could be king size and higher. Very well appointed but could do with better cutlery.
