Leeds city centre spacious house free parking and Wi-Fi

Location was excellent for our needs. House was spacious and kitchen was equipped well.

Needs a good deep clean. We had major wifi issues. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced.

Some beds broken and uncomfortable, no lock on toilet door but even worse is that the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 1 wine glass, couple of side plates, no equipment to use cooker ie baking tray or casserole dish. This meant we had to get takeaway as unable to use oven. Sockets hanging off of the walls. Smelt of smoke Furniture very shabby, worn and stained. Heating was permanently on so was very hot. Another group arrived who had booked through another booking platform stating that they had booked. Luckily we were in when they arrived and the key was not in the key safe. Confirmation from local agent that our booking was correct but worrying as not sure what would’ve happened if we hadn’t been in.

Location was fine and was available last minute

Lots broken including some of the beds, kitchen dirty/damp, bathroom door didn't shut, carpet grippers on stairs were sticking out and cut several of us when using stairs. Smoke detector missing. Several bulbs not working that we had to replace on arrival.

Excellent location for us, just a short walk to where we needed to be.

Please have locks fitted to the bathroom and toilets to stop guests from walking in on the occupants. And maybe upholster the dining room chairs other than that it was a great stay.

Nothing at all riddiculous

There was a weird strong stench when I walked in and it was all dirty and grimy there was dead cockroaches and insects all over the place such as the window sills and the floor and the kitchen was very dirty and smelly
