Cosy two bedroom apartment

Big enough. Clean. The bath was unreal! Deep and big. Made our stay more warming

The area, loud, near a club/pub back noise in the back street. 2-4am

Location was great. Bishop Aukland is a lovely little town.

Aspects of the flat were dated. BUT, it was value for money and the bedrooms were more than adequate. Photos on the site must have been of the most modern flat as they werent of the one we got.

Overall it was good place to stay .

The stair was not very clean

The beds were nicely made with clean linen. The towels smelled fresh. The kitchen worktop surfaces were clean as were the bathroom fixtures. It was nice that the owner supplied toiletries in case anyone had forgotten anything.

It needed a good hoover, especially with a nozzle around the edges. The skirting boards needed a good clean. It’s a pity because everything else was clean.

The location, the interior, lovely clean and spacious.

Only niggle if it’s even worth mentioning would be the noisy floor in the first bedroom as you go in. Walking on it you could hear it in the next bedroom so was apprehensive to move during the night when needing the bathroom so not to disturb friend in other room
