Very close to the centre. Pretty much everything you need. Warm clean and comfortable.

The entrance door was a little hard to find.

"Perfect stay for 4 guests"

10.0

The property was perfect for our over night stay whilst visiting Kyren. Will definitely book again. Location: A couple minutes walk from bus station, shops, pubs, town centre and high street. Parking: Private parking area in court yard of property. 4 spaces for the building so would say one car only which was prefect for us. Extras: Lovely to arrive to milk in fridge and ingredients for a cupa. Bread, butter, jam, cereal provided for breakfast Internet access: WiFi code provided but signal was great. Facilities: Beds Immaculate and very comfortable. Dining area perfect for the four of us. One more seat in living room area would have been a bonus as only really room for 3 to sit but 4 guests. Everything you would need to cook meals, but we opted for take outs. Property is very well maintained and presented. Cleanliness: Spot on. Bathroom kitchen beds Immaculate. Safety: We all felt safe and secure in the property. I would have no qualms staying here as a female lone traveller. Instructions for access: Clear, concise, accurate and easy to understand. Accessibility: 2nd floor no lift. Summary: Great little flat for a stay whilst visiting Bishop Auckland. Highly recommend.

Nothing.

"Very Good"

The place was really comfortable, and it was very close to our work, And there was milk, butter, cereal and bread. They were also cooking utensils for us to use.

There wasn't a lock on the bathroom door, And the TV was extremely old.

La place parking et le confort des lits.

Endroit pas chaleureux ne donne pas spécialement envie de rester plus d une nuit, petit déjeuner limité (pain au congélateur, pas de jus de fruit)

"Home away from home, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and a thoughtful host."

9.0

The host was very efficient at sharing entry info for access to the apartment via the key box. The apartment is beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable. The shower is excellent, best power shower I've ever experienced! The host had added a choice of cereal, individual jams and marmalade, a fresh loaf of bread and milk in the fridge, and there was tea and coffee available. The bathroom had toiletries for use. The heating was easily turned up or down and it felt like the change in temperature was almost immediate throughout the apartment with radiators in every room, very efficient and responsive. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen had every appliance and utensils you could possibly need to make a simple snack or a full meal. The front door had an internal lock, a chain and also a bolt, I thought for security this was excellent, especially for two women (myself and my daughter) staying alone. It was a real bonus having a parking space too in the small car park that was for the apartments in the block, so it felt safe leaving the car outside too.

Only a couple of points from my own point of view that could make all the difference. There were just 2 mirrors in the apartment: in the bathroom and a big mirror in the hall just inside the front door. Neither were near a plug socket which makes it incredibly difficult for us ladies to use a hairdryer and see what we're doing. The shower screen was fixed and didn't cover the side of the bath enough: my daughter is 5' 7" and after she used the shower there was water on the floor. There were big walk in wardrobes in the bedrooms but only hanging space inside. There were no drawers or anywhere to put clothes away that weren't hung up, so I ended up living out of my holdall.
