Mid Flat

Lots of room and great location

Can hear the traffic from 1 room, not s big issue just take ear plugs

Huge space for the price, clear instructions to get there, and easy to get in. Great location.

Decoration is a little bit shabby but well usable.

Warm spacious flat, lovely view of river. Many original features.

Old building needing work but this did not affect our stay

Nothing all good

Excellent location in Dumfries, with a great view. Close to shops and food places, and with easy access to a lovely walk along the river side. Children's playpark close by too, which is good for families. Easy enough to find a parking space. Sofa is super comfortable.

A few little maintenance issues. Needs more cutlery & crockery as it can sleep 6 people but only had enough for 4.

Tired and not somewhere you'd want to hang around in.

Our third stay here. Brilliant location. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value for money, and there is always great communication with the owners.

Property was clean but a little shabby. The road was busier than expected in the morning but ok in the day.
