Flat in great location for town. Spacious living area for four people with free parking opposite accommodation. Host very quick to respond. Would recommend for visit to Dumfries.

"Apartment was great but would recommend people to take earplugs to sleep"

Very clean and everything needed was there

The walls are pretty thin so could hear downstairs neighbour walking about all through the night as well as traffic

Good location

Needs a good revamp as decoration is very tired. We travelled as a group of four and was only enough cutlery for three people 😫

"Excellently priced flat close to central shopping."

Good location - 5 minute walk to central shopping. Enough room to store 4 bicycles. Plenty of space for 4 people to hang out. Nice big TV. Great heating - we arrived after being wet all day and were quickly warmed up. The flat has a clothes airer which helped us to dry out all our wet clothes. Selection of tea and coffee was most appreciated.

Bathroom hand cleanser was broken on arrival - maybe broken by previous guest who put it back together so it looked ok! There is nothing to dislike about this flat - its perfect for the price.
