Very central to everything. Lovely view of castle. Great apartment.

Staircase was a concrete spiral stairs with no hand rail. I've mobility issues so it wasn't ideal but was such a great apartment I'd still say there again x

The sofa bed was a decent size and the space was more than adequate for 3 people. The kitchenette was great, equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster and oven. The location is superb and the view of the castle never gets boring.

There are a few spiral steps up to the apartment and there isn’t a handrail so perhaps that would be useful, but there aren’t many steps and none of our party struggled with them.

Wonderful location.

The apartment had a lot of left over stuff from previous guests, and was a little grimy around the edges. It’s not a bad spot overall, but a good cleaning and some updates would go a long way to revive it.

Nice little flat, clean and thoughtfully furnished with a lovely view of the Castle and the Grassmarket below.

An instruction booklet on how things in the flat worked and especially the heating would have been useful.

The location and view were amazing. There was breakfast food and tea coffee in the apartment, very nice. Quiet despite central location, no noise from cafes downstairs. Everything was comfortable for 2 people staying in separate beds - private.

The windows are a bit draughty though the heating worked well. The heater was a bit noisy being near the bedroom. It was a cold few days in Edinburgh. The stairs up to apartment were steep and uneven, especially with a suitcase, but it's not owner's fault.

Apartment absolutely freezing when we got there. No instructions how to turn the heating on. Had to send a message to find out. Took ages to get warm. Radiator in the hallway doesn't come on. Really cold in the bathroom. Would have looked better with an electric fire in the fire place or even just logs instead of a large empty space. Very drafty from around the windows.
