2 bed house, walking distance Shrewsbury centre

Handy parking, quiet but easy access to the centre. Great for friends to share.

There are some clear signs of wear and tear with some damaged flooring but not to any significant extent.

Everything was as described good location. Parking and easy walk into town.

The location was great. Quiet residential area close to the park and shop. A short walk from town.

We really don't live in a perfect property ourselves and don't like to complain but feel this property had far too many problems and could do with a overhaul of facilities..... On arriving we moved a sofa back and there were pills under it one of which my dog ate (no ill affects so far) There was a false eyelash stuck to the back of the rug when we shook it out outside. The pans left In the oven were filthy as was some of the crockery and cutlery in the cupboards. (pics 1+2) There was a visible white stain on one sofabed (pic 3) Both sofabeds downstairs were very uncomfortable and not really fit for use. The television cables in the single room were dangerous (hanging free) The front door could not be locked internally without key.....you need to use the key to get out! Beds upstairs comfortable but squeaky Noise on floors from upstairs (heard from downstairs) was really loud Heaters need bleeding as heating coming on and off is really noisy. Bathroom cracked floor covering and discoloured sealant around the bath. The loo brush was disgusting.

Clean, tidy and good location.

No bedding for the sofa bed as there's was 3 of us and had to use blanket I had in car

Location was ok as working at hospital nearby.

Filthy stair carpet, mouldy bathroom blind. No toiletries except hand soap which I would expect at any air b n b. I was shouted at by a neighbour for parking in the carpark next to the house, where I was told to park even though I explained I was staying there, and there was plenty of space. Don't put the heating on. The pipes sound like someone drilling all night so was forced to keep heating to a minimum. Washing machine but no dryer. Bed had bed stead at the bottom so being tall we couldnt stretch my legs out. We had to sleep diagnally. Overpriced for what I got, or should I say didn't get. Unfortunately won't be back.
