Stratford Upon Avon Pearl

I can't tell why exactly I fell in love with this place, but I did. It's just lovely, with a separate entrance and the beautiful outdoor sitting area. The main road did not bother us at all, we slept with the window to the backside open and heard the birds sing.

The kitchen may be a bit small if you're into elaborate cooking, but for a few days perfectly alright.

A lovely clean, modern place to stay for a few days. It had nearly everything you could think of, a VERY comfy mattress, a nice bathroom, and two smart TVs. Plenty of airflow in the summer with the windows in the summer. There were some nice extra touches like providing umbrellas, tea & coffee, and a pint of milk in the fridge. The outside area was nice enough despite the host saying it was currently being remodelled. The location is not bad, half an hour walk to the town centre down the main road and a large Morissons supermarket about 10 minutes on the way. Alternatively walking into town through Shottery is beautiful.

The duvet was much too warm for the summer, and it didn't help that the protector between the duvet cover and duvet let the duvet bunch up in one corner of the cover. The road outside is fairly busy so it was a bit noisy with all the windows open in the summer and not the nicest walk into town along that road.

Good location 20 mins walk to town centre. Very comfortable and suited our needs for a couple of nights. Host helpful and supplied everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend!

Really lovely little place. Garden space too. Had everything you need for a few nights stay. 5 mins ride into town or about half hour walk. Sal was really quick to respond to questions. Thanks Sal

If I have to add anything here. Small things really. Could do with a lick of paint but I get that it’s early season and maybe an out of season thing to get some. By no means horrible at all. Was clean so all good. There was a fan available, which we gratefully used. As the weather was so hot during our stay we had to open windows to sleep. It’s a busy road so that made it noisy. With the windows shut it was fairly quiet. As I say this is nit picking really. We had a lovely stay.

Compact property, but with everything you need for a short stay. Really liked the bedroom, comfortable bed. The outside area was a bonus. A short walk to the town centre.

The property was easy to locate and not far from the town centre, the host was very communicative The property is a gem to say the least, everything you would think you needed and the secluded garden area completed it

As far as we were concerned there was no improvement

A hidden gem presented beautifully with everything you could need and more. Fabulous bedroom, very comfortable bed and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touch with a dressing table and hairdryer supplied, just perfect. Indoor downstairs seating really well designed for comfort, smaller cooking facilities were more than ample with a lovely touch of a tea/coffee selection and milk in the fridge on arrival (very much appreciated thank you). Bathroom area just perfect with towels included, thank you. Outdoor seating area amazing with a small stream running alongside, perfect.

Nothing to dislike 😊.
