Stratford Upon Avon Pearl

Lovely little place with everything you need. Easy and convenient parking. Sally is a wonderful host answering every request immediatly. Beautiful walk to the town centre via Church Lane, Shottery and the public footpath.

Bedside lamp switches not accessible from the bed ,no handrail on stairs ,no slipmat or grabrail in shower ,no room on worktop to drain crockery. Tired deco.

House was so clean and tidy, everything was available what we need in the house, calm and peaceful place.

What a lovely place! The location couldn't be more convenient for Stratford-upon-Avon. It is well worth walking to the town on the slightly longer but more scenic route through Shottery via Anne Hathaway's Cottage, and walking back along the main road which will take you past a Morrisons supermarket. The parking was great and our SUV fitted into the allocated off-road parking space directly outside The Pearl without any problem. As the accommodation is so close to the town we walked everywhere, so didn't have to use the car at all during our stay. Sally's communication was excellent and it was very much appreciated to arrive and find a pint of milk left for us in the fridge. We didn't use the private seating area outside, but it is a great facility for when the weather is good. Despite being on a main road, the traffic noise didn't bother us and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever from people in adjoining properties. The double bed was really comfortable, but would have benefitted from a lighter weight duvet for the time of year.

It wasn't an issue for us for just a 2 night stay, but the private bathroom/toilet is downstairs so not on the same floor as the bedroom which we didn't realise when booking. Also there is no door separating upstairs from downstairs, from a noise point of view. The larder fridge was missing its lower door rack, so the only way you would be able to store taller bottles upright is to remove a shelf from the fridge.

Very comfortable, had everything you needed. Good location to town, Morrisons nearby and Anne Hathaways cottage was a short walk.

Wonderful property, very clean and communication from the host was brilliant. About a 30 minute walk into Stratford, recommend walking through Shottery instead of main road, a couple of nice pubs on the route. Hopefully we will be back soon

I had a fantastic stay at Stratford Upon Avon Pearl. The apartment was extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. The apartment was also very clean and tidy. The location was great, being just a short walk from the train station, shops and Stratford town centre.

It was clean and had a terrace to catch the sun .

It is on a main road and very compact .

Good value for money, comfortable, equipped with everything you would need for a short break. Lovely and clean.
