Southfield Apartments - No 14

Loved the property and it is in a very good location. Spacious and well catered for.

Not much - toilet lid was broken, and the toilet was leaking a bit but phoned the factor and they offered to fix it while we were there but we said it’s okay fix when we leave

Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Central location.

Leak in the main bathroom with water on the floor all the time. Dining table didn’t feel clean as it was constantly sticky even if it was wiped which gave a sense of it being dirty.

It was clean, easy to have fun, cook, and live in. Car park facility included!

Could not turn the thermostat up to be warmer.

Shower broken bathroom. Unable to adjust temperature which was set at a bit higher than comfortable.

Cooker hood filter needs cleaned. Oil dropped from it when flat was warm.

Great location, warm, immaculately clean.

The free wifi only worked sporadically, which was acceptable but for such a nice flat we were very, very disappointed that the main livingroom window had no privacy blind. It is a ground floor flat with access paths all round - people pass constantly - so the choice was to either close the thick, dark grey curtains and sit in the dark, or leave them open and feel like a goldfish! All other windows have blinds so it was very odd.
