This property is in an ideal location being city centre, some money has been spent on fit pit decoration and appliances

It was not clean. The floors were sticky dirty, needs a new toilet seat,shower was manky, the hose and head were filthy, I had to buy drain cleaner as it was blocked,the hose was filthy, the microwave is beyond cleaning and needs replaced placed . Had to buy new bedding to allow me to sleep in the bed,mattress and mattress topper I hate to think how long it’s been there.

The location and centrality to everything in Inverness is the biggest plus!

There was an odd smell throughout the apartment. there was black mould in the bathroom. The shower wouldn't drain. The bed was incredibly thin and you could feel every spring in the mattress. The floors were sticky, both with shoes on and barefoot. The key hole both into & out of the apartment is loose and difficult to manoeuvre. There was also no toilet paper, I went and purchased some, left 3 full rolls behind for next guests.

The property is in a very central location and ideal for my purpose. The owner was absolutely amazing with a slight problem that occurred and everything got resolved there and then. The property itself is a credit to the owner as it is incredibly good and one of those that you could see yourself living there, and when that happens... it tells you something. Definitely one to save on my favourites and return again when I'm back in the area.

Nothing to say here. Local restaurants, bars, shops... everything you need on your doorstep.

- The place was clean and well-kept. - The location was ideal for us as it was a short walk from the train station and bus stop. - The surrounding neighbourhood was nice and well-lit - It met our expectations for a nice cosy family stay in Inverness

I have some feedback for the Booking.com platform: this is the second time that I have been failed by your lacklustre messaging/notification system. In both of my last two accommodations, I did not receive the important instructions message sent by the host in time and had to reach out to support to get the details that I was supposed to get in the first place. This includes details like the lock box code and the property's entrance pin, something crucial for me to get access to the property. When I called the property owner upon arrival, they forwarded the message to me a second time and that's when I received it. About the property: Something that was not obvious was that the flat was located on the second floor, and since we needed something on a lower level due to mobility issues, this was a bit of a pain. However, upon going back to the booking details, it's obvious that this was mentioned in the fine print.

Loved the vicinity, as close to where we needed to be.

Had a few issues with lock to entrance fortunately owner was not far away, still a little inconvenient but I do believe lock was bring replaced the day we left
