The host was fantastic and was always easy to communicate with. The location of the property was perfect. The facilities were as described. It is an ideal place to stay if you find yourself in Dartmouth.

Great location as 5 mins from embankment for passenger ferry,shops & restaurants. We cooked a breakfast each morning during our 4 night break. Kitchen well stocked for that with new frying pans etc. Main bed has a mattress topper and was comfortable.. Very clean apartment on the 2nd floor with bedrooms on an upper level.

Would have been nice to have a footstool and 2 coffee tables

The location was great, walking distance to everything. Having the designated parking space was a saviour, it's a nightmare otherwise to park (we had a second car that we had to keep moving around to park throughout our stay). The living room was big and had a lovely spacious dining table which is good if you plan on eating in like we did a few times. Good communication from the owner.

The shower was horrendous and probably the worst shower I have ever had! It was a trickle and kept getting super hot and then really cold within seconds. It was so inconsistent and so you couldn't really have a proper shower. The building is old and the floors are uneven, so the beds were on a slope. The travel cot was broken so the baby had to sleep in our bed (although this wasn't that much of an issue and the owner did try to ring me to sort out but we were out and about at that point).

Superb central location, including parking bay at back. Lovely old house, none of the floors level, such a laugh. Perfect for two adults or two with two children. Minor gripe, no empty cupboards to store groceries.Fabulous stay though, so close to the town for everything.

No instructions for anything, such as which switch for towel rad and for recycling. Four flights of stairs to the apartment, plus two inside. Ok for us but carting luggage up and down a challenge. Only reasons not given a 10. Still a superb facility and location.

. Seagulls at 4am were very loud but it’s the price I was willing to pay to be near town centre which is beautiful and we loved quirky apartment

Location is central but has no view of estuary. Kitchen and bathroom was modern. Rooms were clean. Parking is good.

It's on top floor of shared building. Corridors are very dated and need a lot of tlc.
