Great apartment in a really good location for exploring Dartmouth - with the added bonus of its own parking spot at the rear of the property. Everything you need, plenty of space, large comfy bed, wi-fi, smart tv and nice modern decor in a lovely old building just a few minutes walk from the harbour. The host Matt was incredibly helpful & gave clear instructions for the parking & key collection, and answered all our questions really quickly. Would definitely recommend this property & host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

There are a lot of steps - but we knew that in advance so can't really grumble, but it's definitely something to be aware of if you've got heavy bags or aren't very mobile. The bedrooms do also get very warm being on the top floor, but a fan is provided, and there is the option to turn the sofa into a bed if needed (the lounge is much cooler). Tiny grumble about the bathroom - the loo seat tends to fall down and the shower basin creaks when you stand in it (and I'm not that heavy!), but they really are just minor points and didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay at all.

Fantastic position, very clean and recently refurbished, great facilities .... washing machine & parking space were a lovely bonus. Brilliant communication from Matt, the host.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Dartmouth. Absolutely first class communication with the owners. Received confirmation messages quickly and a call to discuss the property and any questions the day before check in. Also when I accidentally called the lady ‘on call’ she rang again immediately to ensure everything was okay. Apartment itself is beautifully furnished with lovely bedding and everything you need in the kitchen. WiFi good too. Parking absolutely brilliant for the centre of Dartmouth (extremely rare) Highly recommend.

Nothing. It does have stairs up to the property and stairs up to the 2 bedrooms but this is typical of almost all properties in Dartmouth - stairs either outside or inside are the norm. Also has slopey floors but again these are old buildings and very normal in Dartmouth.
