Its a great location for Dartmouth town centre with the added bonus of a rare parking space. the apartment was clean and more than adequate for our needs. it was only a place for us to shower and sleep while working in the area so couldn't comment on the kitchen etc but it was all there if we needed it. Communication with the host was excellent.

Cant say their was anything that would stop me booking again

Is a nice little town,full of lovely people

First I didn't like it that I booked another house and in the same day they send me an email that that house was booked already and I was already on my way to the location But the owner was lovely and he tried to help to find another location,and he succed And other information that I didn't like it was there are no kids fun play ground

location is fabulous - very central

don’t go if you are unfit or have mobility issues - we knew these were top floor flats so not a bother but it’s a way up with your luggage and shopping - ps please supply larger mugs and an egg slice in the kitchen

location was very good as was the parking

Location is excellent - central and convenient - short walk everywhere! Well appointed apartment with all mod-cons (including large shower). Parking space behind really useful and can imagine invaluable if there in the summer. Excellent comms with owner who was helpful and available when needed. Didn't mind walk up to second floor for front door to accommodation.

Found the sofa bed in the living room quite hard to sit on for any length of time. Twin room was very small with sloping ceiling too (although good use of limited space). Not really suitable to 2no adults sharing but fine for kids. Floors not level given age of house so one bed on a bit of a slope.

Had a problem initially with opening the key safe even though we are used to them. We also had a problem opening front door as lock needs looking at.
