The location and facilities were excellent.

The goats and hens and geese . Quality bedding. Nice shower room.

Well equipped kitchen with a bit more cutlery required. . Outdoor area was nice but needs a refresh however it didn't detract from our stay some may find walking into or out of Hay awkward after dark

The weather

The location of the holiday let being just outside Hay meant we could walk into town.

There's no sign with the name on at the road, and when I did drive in, I was convinced I was in the wrong place. The drive is very narrow with overgrown vegetation, and the sensors on my car were going off every time we drove out and in. The yard of the smallholding could do with the nettles being cut back.

Great decor and perfect size. Lovely situation with the animals a bonus (goats, hens, geese!)

My husband and I adored our stay in the bottom flat. Beautiful property with friendly goats, quaint home away from home with everything we needed. Photos don’t do it justice. About a 15 minute walk to the lovely Hay. Felt remote yet convenient.

Nothing. It was wonderful.

A lovely rural location to be close to nature and away from the regular pace of life. Good size property with excellent facilities including a great shower and strong wifi. Very comfortable garden furniture was well used.

The upstairs apartment was a bit noisy through the ceiling from simple walking about.
