Victoria Mansions

Super location. Large, spacious flat. Very well equipped kitchen. And above all a conciliatory owner who responded positively to our needs. We are very satisfied with our stay in this flat. We recommend this place as much.

Is really good for big family and friends,the room is good and big space.. lovely flat, and the owner responds to our message regarding staying a bit late before checking out and saying yes, can leave after lunch. thank you

Need a bit clean on the property, mostly dust and kitchen stuff. The room is cold, mostly the master bedroom heating not working.

The size of the property and rooms were very good. I had the smallest room and it was very comfortable. Loved that there are 2 bathrooms. Location was brilliant. Just off the high street and a Tesco express round the corner. Beach not even 200 yards away.

There is quite a bit of damp around the property.

The location was good, as it was close to the seaside. However, the road is closed to cars so parking is not ideal and having to carry all of your luggage and small children to the house wasn't great. The house is large, so there is definitely space for a big group.

The host didn't let us know that the road was closed and had said we would be able to pull our car out the front of the house. Id' recommend always checking this, or to pack light! Also the oven doesn't get hot enough to actually cook anything, so don't plan to cook any meals that you can't microwave. I would definitely recommend to the owner to invest in redecorating. The house felt very un-cared for and unhomely (the bathrooms in particular, and the damage to the walls and doors).

The pictures did not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, that made our stay very comfortable.

Location and size of the rooms and the facilities.

The lobby reception on the ground floor could do with a good clean. Both toilets would not flush with the toilet handles but we managed. We did not complain as it was only a very small gripe. But other than that it is an excellent apartment.

Lovely big rooms, great kitchen and excellent location

Bathrooms quite basic and communal hallway not great. Bin store also unpleasant but we did stay over a bank holiday

The apartment was very central and within a two minute walk to the pier. There was an initial issue with the heating but Martin our host responded quickly and decisively and all was hunky dory.

The communal stairway gives a bad first impression. It appears not to have been swept for a very long time. Would not be acceptable in the community where I come from.
