Good communication and clear instructions about the property. ie TV etc. Although central it was quiet. Well equiped and with welcome pack of sweets, squash etc. Nice to find fresh milk in fridge.

Parking was a potential problem due to the central location of the property. Public car parks were available at extra cost within walking distance. I was OK but anyone with mobility problems may have problems with the stairs in the property. Bring slippers as wearing of outdoor shoes is discouraged.

Excellent location from which to visit all that Cirencester has to offer.

Location is amazing, perfect for plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in Cirencester. The flat itself is very well kept and is very comfy for two people

Very comfortable, cosy apartment. Excellent location with many shops and bars in easy walking distance. Well-appointed with self-catering in mind. Lovely and warm and the log burner an added bonus.

This is not a negative but the stairs within the property (and leading to the only toilet/bathroom) are very steep, which is worth pointing out for those with mobility issues.

The accommodation was cosy, clean and warm, with everything we needed for our stay.

Locking/unlocking the outside gate was tricky as it can only be locked from the outside and you have to lift the gate and line the lock up for it to work. Not easy in the rain and dark.
