Compact, central apartment, dog friendly.

Comfy beds, great location.

Damp, scruffy paintwork. Ridiculously steep stairs that were not mentioned in the property details, there is no bathroom upstairs so coming down those in the middle of the night would be a nightmare.

It was very comfortable, well equipped , good location, very responsive host. It is described as a nest and it was a cosy little nest. It was very quiet for a central location.

Nothing that can’t be deduced from the way the cottage is advertised.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Juliet is very professional and quickly responded to any questions.The apartment is 1min walk from Tesco.We really liked there.Highly recommend.

Perfect spot near plenty of locations. With essentials supplied. Perfect! Clean and well presented. Idea for a small family of any groups smaller. Lady was on hand for any issues and response was amazing. Two bathrooms and a cozy room upstairs (however very steep stairs so don’t recommend if you have mobility issues but there is a double pull out bed in the downstairs bedroom, made up on arrival) . We cannot fault a single thing , we as a family loved our stay and felt instantly at home. Huge thank you !

Clean,good location and well appointed bathroom and kitchen.

The entrance to the property is through a dirty passageway with rotten wood gate to side where you have to walk past the rubbish left out from others properties. Smells when hot. Outside space needs a lot of tlc. Parking no longer possible all day on car park opposite. Limited to 4 hours. No bathroom upstairs.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, and cool. It was well stocked and private. There was free wifi and 2 tvs. Close to all the shops and Tesco. It had a little sitting out area for some fresh air.

A great space right in the heart of Kingsbridge. Cafe's across the road, parking couldn't have been easier. Juliet information was concise, practical and used. (parking/keys/hints and tips) The apartment was bigger than expected, 2 bathrooms, massive bonus with the court yard. Will hope that is available next time we are down. For us it was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog.

Location was good. Kitchen was clean.

I don’t normally write reviews but I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1. This is why: External spaces - both the entrance and courtyard were very grubby and in need of an overhaul. If you market a property with a ‘courtyard view’ then make sure it’s worth looking at - it wasn’t and you certainly wouldn’t want to sit out there in the summer. The entrance wasn’t welcoming at all. See photo. The smell - the property was smelly, not fresh at all. The bedding (main bedroom) - although the duvet cover/sheet were clean they didn’t smell clean. When I removed the duvet cover/pillowcases (as instructed to do so in owner’s manual) the duvet and pillows were stained and smelly - there were no pillow protectors. The bedding (second bedroom) - the sheet on the futon was dirty. The sofa - this is the only seating in the living area and was smelly (I had to use a towel to sit on). Sticky notes - there are various notes stuck on walls/cupboards throughout the property especially so over the taps - replace with more practical taps if you’re worried about them being damaged. The owner’s 4 page instruction manual - even this was grubby and dirty - try plastic covers or lamination.

Location

Cramped, in need of deep clean, mattress protectors and pillow protectors needed. On the whole, in need of tlc. Lack of car parking at property an issue.
