Very clean, parking permit, close to beach and town, helpful host,quality appliances,welcome pack. Little touches made it homely.

Shower ran cold for a short period. Four flights of stairs to apartment.

The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Thank you for a perfect stay, we will definitely return!

The location is great, it’s very close to the Royal crescent and to the ocean. It’s also an easy walk down to the centre of town, about ten minutes. The apartment was very clean and the parking was actually easy with the scratch cards the hosts were kind enough to give us. When we arrived we also have some treats awaiting us, which was a nice gesture. The apartment is spacious and has all the essentials.

In the toilet there is no mirror above the washbasin, instead there’s a window - the mirror is on a cupboard on the side, which makes it harder for things like shaving. The bed is comfortable, but it’s really small for a normal sized couple and it would have been great to just have a quilt instead of a duvet on July, as it did get a bit warm in there . The main thing they should change is the check out time, though. 10am is way too early, even for the UK. There’s a lot of senior couples in Whitby, but we are not a senior couple and like to sleep in and take our time in the morning, it was disappointing to have such and early check out. Also with a 4pm check in a 10am check out doesn’t seem very necessary.

Quiet location, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great communication with host.

Television not the easiest to use but a very minor issue.

Beautiful place, very clean and had everything that was needed. The additional goodies were a lovely and very welcomed touch.
