Comfortable bed with lovely decor. Everything provided that you could need for a perfect stay. There was even a gorgeous hamper too. Quiet and convenient to the town.

We were not informed of the three flights of stairs to the apartment, we are in our 70’s but we managed

Very clean, so comfortable and everything you could possibly need was there. Beautiful furnishings. We were able to park right outside. Also we were left a hamper of goodies, so thoughtful 😍.

Welcome box with biscuits, cake and wine was a lovely surprise. Thank you!😀 There was also milk and yoghurt in the fridge on our arrival. Scratch card for parking was very helpful, thank you!

The mattress was quite soft, we did sleep well and very comfortable but had sore back the next day. The pillows fell down between metal headboard and matress a few times. Could the plastic shower curtain be changed, so it doesn't cling to you while showering please? It mentioned the apartment was sound proofed, but we could hear occupants in apartment 5 walking above us. So were worried if others could hear us moving around/watching tv/music?

Location is good, the apartment is clean.

Ideal location, walking distance into Whitby. Comfortable, clean apartment with everything we needed included. Parking permits included was a huge bonus. The welcome hamper - as well as KitKats, teas, and coffees - was a lovely touch. The folder full of locations, recommendations, and information was really helpful.. Very quiet location - very little traffic noise and couldn't even hear people in the same set of apartments. When I mistakenly scratched off the parking permit incorrectly, the owner even organised for a new one to replace it! There was nothing to fault.

Fantastic location and the welcome hamper was a bonus . The hosts were very helpful and the appartment was spotless . It had all we needed and was near to the beach and the town.

Absolutely great place to stay. Clean, good location and easy to communicate with the owner.

The size of the queen bed was a little too small.
