Modern and Spacious 1 Bed Apartment City Centre

Great location, helpful staff, very large quiet apartment in an old building with lots of character. Comfortable bed and reliable WI-FI.

The fridge had not been cleaned. I found a black hair and food crumbs from previous guests. The floors in the living room were also dirty upon my arrival. No bathroom shelf for my toiletries, the pillows and mattress were stained. The duvet had urine stains all over it. Thankfully I had my own sleeping bag. Very cold apartment. Large rooms and high ceilings and only small heaters in the apartment. A very small water tank which meant only enough hot water for one bath and doing the dishes. Some of the smoke alarms inside the apartment went off twice for no reason. One time at midnight when I was fast asleep. No way of turning them off so one had to let them go off by themselves 5 minutes later. As loud as a fire alarm. High rates for Norwich.
