"Should bot be on bookings. Needs a lot of fixing"

It was close to the oracle centre and car parking.

No fire alarm, tv switches off for no reason, shower temperature control malfunction, toilet bowl is filthy, oven doesn’t work, the patio is overlooked by a motorway bridge and the river view is on the outside of the building, ventilation in kitchen and toilet are on window.

"It was a good experience! I had everything on close proximity"

The location is excellent

There was only one bedsheet and two pillow cases and I had to wash it and wait for it to dry before O can use again. There should be at least one extra bedsheet, quilt cover and pillow cases

"Time with family"

The location was very good for the town centre and parking was an added bonus. We liked the facilities. There are a number of good restaurants within easy walking of the flat.

We did not like the bed with a wooden surround making it difficult to get in and out of bed. The shower did not have a lot of power and the wifi instructions were confusing (however, that was sorted with minimal delay).
