Location close to all amenities was perfect

Apartment wasn't the cleanest light in bathroom wasn't working heater in upstairs double room not working Adiitional £250 deposit to be paid ie bank transfer to personal account felt unprofessional and was uncomfortable giving such personal details however deposit was returned fully

Very stylish and modern looking. Everything looked well maintained and new. Close to the multi-storey for safe car storage. Excellent communication from the host.

Could have done with one towel per person, but we didn’t ask to fix this.

Took us 20 minutes to get inside as the “”landlady” was rejecting our calls and hanging up in us

ABSOLUTE SCAM - LANDLADY!! We travelled with 2 children And we were faced with a CLEAR VIOLATION of fire alarm safety!!! MAJOR RISK the landlord has placed SOCKS over the smoke detectors !!! ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTIST TRYING TO ACCUSE US OF DOING IT ! not only are we not stupid but we were travelling with children! Refusing to give out deposit back which was sprung on us a day before arrival ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND NOT JUST TO ME DO NOT BOOK! Stole £200 from us!
