The location was ideal and the Property and Host were excellent.

Lyza's Loft is a special find. Beautiful location in the Mourne mountains, great facilities, including a kitchen/dining room, very reasonable price and excellent engagement from the owner, Bronagh. The main bedroom also has a sitting area with TV. If we're in the area again, we'll look to stay longer next time.

A very minor thing but we would have liked a cafetiere or some other way of making coffee, as we're coffee addicts. Probably did us good to have a break 😊

We travelled from belfast to here just to get away from it all and relax with the kids over the Easter period. It was easy to find with the sat nav. On arrival we realised we forgot milk but bronagh the owner kindly gifted us some as we weren't sure how far the shop was turns out it was only a few minutes away. Our stay was amazing it was peaceful and relaxed exactly what we wanted. The next morning after we arrived my partner went to the shop and ended up getting a puncture. Bronagh's husband stephen changed the tyre when we got the car back to the house ( thanks Stephen you're a gem) then we headed out for food and things with the kids and on the way back to the house I hit a pot hole at the end of the road ( you seriously couldn't make this up lol) the spare tyre punctured and I'm panicking about how we are getting home the next morning. Bronaghs husband kindly offered to take the other tyre to get it fixed the following morning and put it on for us. From the bottom of our hearts we were so grateful to these to kind people for their help & generosity. The beds were comfortable & the kids loved the pool table. This place has everything and more if you want a peaceful getaway.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was everything we could have needed for our stay. The double bed was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. It was lovely to wake up to the rooster ☺️

There really was nothing we didn't like. I thought it might feel strange when I found out it was above the family home but it really didn't.

where the property was located, it was located in Newry with a mountain view. Property owners was lovely and greeted on arrival. property was heated, kitchen facilities were at hand to self cater.
