Glade Lodge- North Devon Coast, Bideford Bay Caravan Park

Super clean, lovely small site. It really did have everything we needed, we loved it.

It was really cold at night (end of March).

Everything was perfect, lovely cosy caravan with everything we needed. Heating worked well.

Caravan was spotless, biscuits and milk also a nice touch! Wifi worked. Tv in every room. Nothing to complain about. Overall a great stay for a good price. My girlfriend left her straighteners and they even have said they would post them to me. Great stuff 👏

Lodge was warm and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. The location of the park was good for local attractions.

No information provided for check in until we'd arrived and chased the owner. The path to the lodge was flooded and no lighting was working so arrived with wet feet and luggage. The overall cleanliness was ok but dirty toilet, stained bedding and dirty glasses, grill pan, plates and cutlery was very unpleasant. Carbon monoxide alarm constantly beeping did not make for a relaxing stay. Park was not yet open for the season so no facilities available, not made clear when booking. Very disappointing overall. Lodge really needs some TLC!

The caravan was well equipped and clean.

The boiler wasn't working when we arrived and although maintenance came the following day and sorted the hot water we didn't have any heating for the entire stay. The electric fire didn't work either so it was cold over night. There's no parking at the caravan so you have to walk with all your suitcases etc.

Very comfortable beds, good location. Very quiet . Great views. Everything you could possibly need’s in caravan and more. Extra treats to start your stay were welcomed.
