Signature Apartments

Spacious apartment, very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Excellent value for money and central location means it is an easy walk to restaurants and harbour and the very interesting Lighthouse Museum. Note that as it is on a main road there is only restricted parking in front the apartment, free long term parking is available 3 min walk away.

Asked Julius if we could go in early .yes1pm which was great. Apartment not cleaned.Julius sorted it and cleaner apologised to say that she is just back from holiday and did not realise it needed cleaning. Cleaned flat extremely well and kept apologising it would not have been cleaned by allowed check in time as she was unaware. No Parking! My husband was not impressed by the council carpark which he didn't feel comfortable to leave car over night in. The entrance..stairs had stuff on them as flats still being do e up. Scaffolding around building.

Our employees have stayed here several times, really nice apartment.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, the shower was really nice too.

I bumped my head while climbing the stairs, there is not a warning sign for going up the stairs only for going down. There was no coat hangers or anywhere to hang up clothes, I was up for a birthday party therefore my clothes didn't look very good. Parking was not free, I had to pay for parking up until 6pm and my car got covered in bird poo over the two nights, the seagulls also enjoyed access to the roof at 4 30am meaning you couldn't have a decent sleep. The Internet was also very poor in the upper accommodation, I am an online gamer and had some work to do from the property, it didn't meet expectations.

Lovely, modern, very clean apartment. Excellent communication. Perfect location.
