Excellent location to town centre. Parking was fine, it was very quiet and peaceful. You could use kitchen if you wanted to and bed was comfortable. The facilities overall were very good.

It was a cold weekend when we went and the flat felt almost as cold as outside. Not sure if the radiators or heaters were working properly...they seemed to blow out cold/barely warm air. There was one plug in electric heater that worked. Shame, as the flat itself and its location is lovely. I would recommend getting the heating looked at especially in the colder months.

Location was good a 10 minute walk to town centre.

No Heating!! Requested a fan heater but not supplied. This is not a new issue as many previous reviews mention lack of heating but I thought this would have been resolved before our stay. The flat was cold and unwelcoming. Electric towel rails in kitchen and bathroom were broken and did not work. The night storage heaters did not work and need a service by a professional. Flat needs a deep clean. Toilet brush was soiled and filthy. Tuesday check in but still couldn’t access property until 4pm . Management company are not acting on the complaints and made no effort to ensure flat was warm (heating working) or hot water was on which have been the main complaints in previous reviews. Nobody wants to be taking time from their holiday to resolve these issues or upset by lack of resolution making the stay less enjoyable.

I tried to put the heating on but It was imposible, it's true, that i coul have called the landlord but It should be easier. The rest perfect!
