Not far from the beach, nice pub round corner.

Bed uncomfortable T.V and W.I.F.I. intermittent Sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on. No hot water, no instruction on use of appliances. No non slip mat to use in shower.

The adjoining properties rough and some had boarded up windows. Had to wait in the first afternoon / evening for the boiler to be repaired. Drinking glasses were dirty ? Chair and settee old and uncomfortable , felt the wood frame. Bed mattress could feel springs , and bedroom carpet very dirty.

location is good. No issue with parking.

Apartment is disgusting, shower curtain was black on arrival which was immediately photographed and sent to NE Holiday Lets which they failed to respond about..... had to wash the curtain before even considering taking a shower. Bathroom has a strong smell of damp and is in general poor condition and cleanliness not good. (Now I know why there was no bathroom pictures on the advert) Fridge also dirty and smelly, again cleaned before use..... Complete apartment cleanliness and general condition was unacceptable really, dirty stains everywhere, windows rotting out etc and to make matters worse there turned out to be fleas in the sofa which ended up biting my legs. Booking.com has also failed to take action and advised me to leave a review, so here it is....

I like d location nd d heating system .

The chair, bath tube nd bathroom curtain was dirty. The duvet wasn’t so clean either. Freezer of the fridge dirty too. Getting key wasn’t easy cos the code sent wasn’t correct nd also returning it .

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. A shop just round the corner and the town centre was only a short walk. There were very nice pubs serving food nearby too.

There was no wifi. The TV had no aerial connection but did have an amazon firestick attached. No use though with no wifi.
