Rural, quiet and relaxing.

Only thing was there was no smart tv to listen to music but no big deal.

Cabin was great, we had everything we needed

Although overall it was clean, there was some patchy paint areas and dust/cobwebs

Property had a good welcome pack, and plenty of hot water. Great shower. Quiet location. Good quality bed linen.

Toppers do not stay on mattress. Resulting in me falling out the bed, and bursting nose. If topper is removed, it’s a pokey spring mattress. And not enough floor space to put topper on floor. Not good. Toilet seat is very cheap, and slides about when sitting down. The property appears to be sinking in the middle, floors are uneven, and table at a slant. Lots of cobwebs inside and out. Poo on toilet brush, and had to pull a mass of hair out the shower plug hole as water was not draining away. I would say this property allows dogs, rather than being dog friendly. Dogs not allowed on furniture, we did bring our own covers, but got a cheeky text off owner about dog hair, and blood on duvet cover (from my previously mentioned burst nose). Dogs need to be kept on leads at all times, however, owner does not have her dog on lead, and it comes to visit. Almost reversed over it once.

What an amazing stay, we were greeted by the host who was informative and answered all our questions. There was so many cute touches in the cabin, like the breakfast whi h was left. The bed was amazing, so soft and comfortable. Everything was thought about and we felt so comfortable. The instructions to get to the cabin were easy to understand. We loved our stay and only wish we had booked for longer. Would highly recommend.

It’s in one of the most beautiful places in the world, the cabin is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. It’s a fantastic base to explore Nairn and Inverness. If you are coming from England please drive through the Cairngorms, it’s the best driving experience I’ve ever had, breathtaking views, stop at the cafe at Glenshee Ski centre. Explore the beach in Nairn, try the butchers. Go to Inverness and have a few pints and a meal. This is a beautiful place.
