Poor quality and not at all as the pictures describe. We were told we could check in at 3pm then got moved to 7pm at the earliest. offered a refund but nothing received..

cleanliness was very poor. dishwasher broken and filthy. extractor fan was broken. cigarette butts in the kitchen cabinets. Mould on the ceiling in the shower. place stank of cooking smells. I don't normally complain but customer service has been awful. still not got my deposit back.

It's comfy and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the Loch Lomond and Stirling area. It is also in striking distance of Glasgow.

The dish washer wasn't very clean, but besides that the property was in great condition. I also struggled to sleep due to the toilet in the back en suit sounding all through the night. The landlord has said he will take a look at it though. And my wife slept fine.

Location was great,close to shop,cafe,pubs. Decor in apartment was lovely,kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal,also had a washing machine which was great. Netflix and BBCiplayer etc all available on big TV in living room. Beds were comfy and apartment had central heating with temperature control in living room. Good size shower in main bathroom.

Quite steep winding stairs leading up to the apartment on the first floor,which wasn't mentioned in description. Although the apartment does sleep six,it was a bit small to comfortably have five or six adults in the living room. Kitchen just big enough for two people to fit comfortably. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn't working and when I looked inside it was all mouldy,looked like it hadn't been used in a while. I would've expected this to have been sorted for our stay,as a previous guest had left a review at the end of December,reporting that the dishwasher wasn't working. The fridge was emptied but had not been cleaned properly at all,I had to clean it with anti bac wipes before putting anything in.The freezer was completely packed with ice so couldn't use it at all. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee pods,so I'd suggest leaving a few complimentary pods for the guests. The TV in the main double bedroom wasn't working so that was a disappointment,tried various things to fix it but no luck. There was a thick layer of dust under both double beds,plus the rug in the living room needed hoovering properly. I'd suggest a small hoover is left in the apartment for the guests to do a quick tidy up. I'd also suggest a small folding clothes dryer. The shower pressure for the shower in the main bathroom was terrible,not sure about the one in the other bathroom. The floor in the shower was very slippy and there were no handles or shelves inside the cubicle,definitely needs a non slip shower mat.

Beautiful location....once up internal stairs......everything on the level which was good for 84yr old dad. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Beds comfy and sufficient utensils/plates etc to make dinner. Good TV with internet for movies/shows etc...on the doorstep for beautiful walks and supermarket next door. Xmas tree was a nice touch.

Very cold on arriving....took some time to heat up & 84yr old dad struggling with the coldness - would have been better if heating had been put on prior to stay. Small en suite shower room freezing.......no heating in there, wasnt used. Stayed December so very cold month. Fridge wasnt cleaned.....reminants of previous occupants frozen berries in freezer which had ?defrosted spilled from freezer into fridge, red juice everywhere and freezer not useable due to thick block of ice inside it. Had to wash all the fridge prior to putting our shopping in. Old socks in drawers & 84 yr old sliding on the flooring which was scary....no rugs....appart from living area...but that was sliding too everytime we tried to help him off the couch. Moved a table in living room (to have xmas dinner)...dirt/cobwebs underneath....could be doing with a deep clean every once in a while. Dishwasher..couldnt work it despite trying every programne.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not good. Dirty socks found between sheets indicating bedding not changed between bookings in the front double bedroom and food on the floor. Dirty underwear in one of the bedroom drawers. Bathroom bin full of rubbish. Living room rug covered in hairs. This was the only thing letting the apartment down
