We had a lovely stay at the Annexe. Much more space than the photos show. Super comfy beds with lovely cotton sheets and everything so clean throughout. The location perfect; we were visiting for a food festival in Melton. The Annexe was quiet and relaxing, and Sarah was welcoming and friendly.Thank you!

Not that it bothered us at all, but there’s no main oven or hob in the kitchen. We knew that when booking as it was in the property description so worked around it just fine and otherwise, had everything in the kitchen we needed.

Tucked away from the main house, next to the stables with plenty of parking and nice views over the cottage garden and fields. Like a yard is when you step inside, the living room is bright and airy with a really comfortable corner sofa. The bedroom is huge with two very comfortable twin beds. Bedding crisp white and soft cotton. The shower room was a good size too.

Nothing i didn’t like, but agree the kitchen is small but plenty big enough for making breakfast which was all we did food wise.
