York Riverside Apartments

Good location, good size apartment, nice views

Stains on the carpet and sofa (but thankfully the bed linen and bathrooms were clean) A bit noisy but that it probably inevitable with such a central location.

Location can't be beat - right in the centre of everything, and high enough to cut out noise from the street below

Fixtures could have been better quality - TV in lounge had an odd flicker effect

It was a perfect size for our group, the tea and coffee and biscuits and milk were a lovely touch we were so relieved to be able to have a brew!

We booked 2 apartments with York Riverside for 8 of us to spend the weekend in York and attend the races. Both were absolutely perfect, clean, well stocked, 2 minutes away from everything you need, we had absolutely no complaints. Check in details were easy to follow and contact between myself and the owners was great Couldn't recommend enough

The amenities at the property were of excellent standard with all the important bits. The beds were especially comfortable. The location was good in terms of being in the centre of York, so it was easy to explore from.

It was near a nightclub so could be quite noisy depending on which apartment you end up in (we were in apartment 2). If you bring earplugs you'll be fine.

The location is very central but not noisy at all.

The only thing that didn't fall into expectation is that we didn't know shower gel and shampoo weren't provided. We had only our tooth brushes/pastes and our slippers with us as usual.
