York Riverside Apartments

Booked the apartment for my other half and her friend. Ideal location, lovely spacious, clean, well equipped apartment

Bedside lamps and fan didn't seem to work and the fridge seemed insecure, as though it wasn't fitted properly

The location is good

The room 9 We have 4 people. The provider claimed the room is for 4 but all the things provided are clearly for two. The other two people have to use the sofa bed which was stained and uncomfortable. There was no sheet and duvet provided for the people using the sofa bed. There is a club in the building. It is extremely loud at night.

The hosts were super flexible and friendly. We had some confusion about how to get in and they sorted it out straight away - immediately responsive. The location was excellent - 5-10 minutes away from everywhere important in the town centre. The apartment had everything you needed - modern appliances and amenities and coffee and biscuits and two TVs and river view. We needed a late checkout and the hosts were so kind and accommodating!

The sofa bed could use a little de staining but nothing major. I was still comfortable and the instructions were clear. The overall cleanliness and standard of the apartment was high and pristine.

Not able to allow fresh air into the apartment. None of the windows open
