Really clean Good location

Very short walk to the center of Filey, which was ideal.

Parking was like playing musical chairs with Parking spaces,no room to park in front of property unless you had a very small car !

Very central, easy parking, so cosy and clean. Very charming and so good for shops and restaurants in Filey. Nice to just step out the house and you’re in the centre of things but the cottage is very tranquil. Comfy double bed.

The stairs are a bit steep but I soon got used to them. It’s what I’d expect in an old cottage

It had an excellent location for amenities. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. If I'm being picky, lacked garden space but we were out and about.

The stairs coupled with the downstairs bathroom made night time visits to the toilet a challenge 😂. Me and my friend are of an age when night time toilet visits a necessity 😉 We were careful. No mishaps

The location was fantastic. Short walk to the beach. The cottage was cosy. Lots of bits there for us like tea,coffee, shampoo,body wash

The stairs were really steep. It does state this on the website but I don't think you appreciate this until you see them! No enclosed garden which if we didn't have a dog with us wouldn't have been an issue. This isn't a negative I should have done more research!

Nice and clean and perfect location in town centre. Double bed was very comfy and the kitchen and bathroom well equipped.

Steep stairs as expected in an old property. Wasn't a problem for me but could be for some less mobile. Parking is tight but street parking is available close by anyway.

It was in a fantastic location close to beach and all amenities and the accommodation was excellent

The location was spot on. Lovely & clean- great added extras, tea, coffee, toiletries etc… Also great communication from the host

The mattress in the single room was really uncomfortable, didn’t get much sleep
