The location especially. Beautiful property with lovely gardens.

We had a nice, bright and airy room on the ground floor. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't have to use any of the kitchen facilities. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy first access and Neil was quick to respond to questions. Lots of on-street parking outside.

A lighter quilt would have been better as it was a bit warm, even with the window open.

Great location to town and start of SWCP Trail. Good communication and helpful friendly hosts.

Neil was very welcoming and even rang us whilst we were on route to let us know the room was ready and arrange an arrival time. He met us on arrival and showed us around Room 3. The room was clean, well presented and fully self-contained with an en-suite, kitchenette and lounge area. Nice little touches too, such as a welcome pack with tea, coffee and milk, and Neil kindly brought us fresh milk in a jug rather than the usual long-life sachets. He also gave us some useful local recommendations which we appreciated.

Only a very minor thing really — the Wi-Fi in the room could be a bit patchy at times and dropped out occasionally. A Wi-Fi repeater/booster in the room might help improve the signal.
