The staff are always so kind i have been here 4 times and i can say every time the staff are fast to respond and actually care about there staff

Nothing everything was amazing cant point out one flaw

The bed was very comfortable and spacious bathroom with good shower.

Disturbed during night at different times during the night with someone trying to get in with a key, banging on door, demanding I open it ( which didn’t, it was 3am) and saying he had booked the room with booking.com. No contact to inform during the night so called in morning, they were apologetic but didn’t take into account the distress and anxiety this caused in an unfamiliar multi occupant building in the night. Apparently the issue was another guests confusion but it resulted in me and elderly relative having very little sleep.

Key code did not work - remote open then worked well.

Lovely old building with large, airy rooms and high ceilings. Furniture in keeping with the period room style. Bathroom and kitchen are both modern and clean. The host communication was thorough and all instructions given in a timely manner. Door codes and key boxes provide good security to the property .

The building is in a handy location for both Rotherham and Sheffield, although a taxi journey is required to get everywhere as nothing is in the locality.

Everything was great

Was a short taxi ride to the arena which was the reason for my visit. The apartment was spacious, tidy, seemed equipped with everything I could need. The check in was an easy process and easy to follow.

If I’d have known where the electrical fuse box was my stay would have been more than comfortable. Unfortunately the power had tripped out leaving only the lounge and kitchen lights working in the whole apartment. No sockets were working in any room apartment from one behind the microwave which we didn’t discover until the next morning. Due to the time of night we got to the apartment after a concert I was unable to get a response after messaging until the next day.
