Great Location, Amazing Cleaniness, Really Big Size for an apartment right outside the city center. Customer Service was expedient, fast and quick. Would 100% stay here again in York!

Great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right next to a supermarket to pick up basic supplies.

Parking a little problematic which you are warned about. Clearly had some issues in the past with the constant threats of further charges in all communications.

Spacious apartment

Parking was terrible. 9 minutes walk away, load and unload curbside. Kettle pot was dirty. Heater setting was cold and we had to figure out how to adjust. But there were warning signs saying if adjust wrongly, fine £x. Check out late fine £x and not clean fine £x. Thought I was out of Singapore:)
