Location, location, location. Amazing views from the balcony door and amazing on a bright, dry day. Thoroughly recommended for a couple or group 3 staying on the coast

There were a few problems with facilities in the department, but the hosts were great with their comms and support to fix issues

Great location, very quiet and the long promenade just across the street. Inside, the apartment was very comfortable and had most of what is needed for self catering except for two things that we couldn’t find : a bread knife, and a sieve/colander, essential for anyone surely! Large sofas for lounging and relaxing, after a ten minute walk back from any of the several great places to eat in Bexhill. We also found safe roadside parking about ten minutes away on foot, heading towards Cooden.

Beautiful location with lovely view of the sea. Very comfortable beds. Loved the new sofas

Would be nice to have underfloor heating but fully understand that is not possible now flat has been decorated so well

Gemma and Marc were the consummate hosts and could not have made us feel more welcome! We loved every part of our stay and greatly appreciated all the attention to detail i.e. coffee & tea, snacks, recommendations of where to go. Marc even showed up at the crack of dawn to fix a fire sensor that was beeping, after he worked an overnight shift...and brought us a case of beer for our troubles. Thank you both so much again, can't wait to come back and visit again soon!
