Excellent situation with beach, shops, cinema, theatre, bus etc. all within easy reach. Cosy, comfortable flat. Very convenient having parking in the basement.

Apartment was clean, cosy and in a great location. Added extra of a lift made checking in very easy. On site parking with secure gate provided a secure place to leave our car. Completely satisfied with facilities and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful.

Great location, near the beach and very short walk to the shops but most off all in a very quiet location and secure parking .

There was nothing we did not like as it was home from home.

Close to shops and beach, apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Biscuits and milk/coffee on arrival was nice.

Balcony needs a spruce up and new table and chairs. We only booked this apartment because of the balcony but were unable to make use of it. Covered in moss and the table and chairs old and uninviting. Also never been requested to strip the bedding and empty bin/recycling/ tidy up when leaving before in all our holidays over 30 years. Leaving everything tidy is fair enough but don't think a paying guest should be stripping beds etc.

Very close to sea front nice apartment lots of shops and restaurants and pubs to choose from Having family history from this area I do enjoy sidmouth Maybe I will come down on folk festival week next time Had a very nice stay weather was great 👍

Only thing I would say without being horrible is the bed mattress was very soft My other half and myself found it very difficult to sleep on And I wish someone would shoot the seagulls 😅

Location was very close to town and sea front. Coffee,milk and biscuits were kindly provided. Property was clean and comfortable.
