Ocean

The accommodation was modern and clean. The location was great, 5 mins from beach, 5 mins from town and shops, 5mins from lovely walks both local and coast path. Added bonus of secure under cover parking, which is difficult to find in Sidmouth. Worth a visit to the Tourist Information Centre, again only 5 mins away, staff are very helpful there and we were able to discover some hidden walks, Blue Plaque walk being one of them. Beach area near Jacobs Ladder was a short walk from accommodation, where you can climb the steps up to a garden and cafe. Plenty to see and do even if the sun doesn't shine.

The balcony accessible from the living room via patio doors, was an added bonus, for morning coffee with a little view of the sea, however, it could do with a little TLC.

Beautiful modern apartment with everything we needed and more. Lovely touches with fresh milk biscuits tea and coffee. Great having parking and lift especially on arrival and departure and not having to carry cases up stairs.

Email sent week before check in with all the details you need including directions, codes for car park and and key safe. Flat was clean and comfortable. Nice and close to beachfront. All round excellent experience would 100% come back and recommend to others :).

The apartment was modern, well equipped and very clean. Easy location to access all facilities in Sidmouth and local bus service

The mattress was too soft for me it may suit others

Breakfast was not provided, location for us was excellent.

Seagull noise was a nuisance.

Great cosy flat. Real bonus to have allocated parking space.

Couldn't fault it.
