The Keep

Great location with a fab view from the balcony. Quite despite being in such a central location. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room has been sympatrically restored to a high spec . I was expecting access to the additional bedroom through the hobbit door but it was locked. Bathroom could do with a shaving mirror as my partner had to bend down to use the existing I look forward to returning and would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly.

Wasnt anything negative to mention

It was right next to the Castle car park in a very central location. It was lovely and quiet with a big kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.

It was imposdible to contact the owner! Were given no information on how to pick up keys or the best place to park. No reply from our complaints about the sodden floor! The carpets were sodden and we contacted the staff in the Bakehouse who tried to contact the owners. We had to put towels on the floor! Great sized kitchen, but no tea towels, dishcloths or liquid to wash up!

Found the place fairly easily. We were taken up to our apartment and given a welcoming talk. There was clear information on a laminated sheet. A beautifully presented apartment in an unusual building. A fully-equipped kitchen made me sad it was an overnight stay, given the market was on the doorstep. Comfortable bedroom and a surprisingly quiet location.

Friendly staff, all you need for a self-dining facility, close to parking lot, and central amenities.

The bedroom main window is just above a ventilator belongs to the lower level shop producing unstopping bad smells, that I had to close that window during the whole stay.
