Great location, brilliant value for money Clean, more spacious than we thought Great to have the washer dryer

Some areas just need a little freshen up and a clock in the living room would be amazing!! (Maybe an iron to go with the washer)

Needed repairs on various items-boiler cover, bathroom window vent, back of the toilet boxing in, bedroom curtain rail, kitchen tap The communal area/stairwell unclean and unpleasant odour

We paid extra for early check-in - when we arrived, the flat had not been cleaned. The host said they would refund the early check-in fee, which they have not. Once cleaned, the flat was as expected and in a good location.

Everything apart from 2 things.

In regard to the communal entrance, door needed quite a hefty push to open. Also, curtain rail in main bedroom definitely needs to be more securely fixed to stop the rail from detaching etc. Luckily our friend who's a fair bit taller than my wife and I, managed to place the rail back up.

The facilities in the kitchen are great and we prepared several meals as we had planned. The location was just perfect for our short trip. Close to everything we needed and everywhere we needed to go.
