If more guests are seen leaving than confirmed you will lose your deposit. * For the coverage of potential insurance issues only the Booking.com guests registered on the reservation or authorized visitors will be allowed access to the property and external entry surveillance monitoring will be enforced. * We appreciate guests leaving the apartment as tidy as possible, this includes washing all pots/glasses and pans, loading and switching on the dishwasher and any rubbish placed in bins and general mess cleared up. Any additional cleaning incur deposit will be lost. *Please make sure you check your emails or the booking.com messages, as we provide helpful photos for the day you check in. These photos are sent through the messaging system. The door code is sent the day of your arrival. The Booking.com 4 digit code is NOT the door code. * Please quote 'Blackpool Tower' to confirm you have read these rules.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Very clean and spacious. Good location to attractions and amenities.

Very small things but would prefer bath sheets rather than a bath towel. A couple of extra hand towels would have been good. Coat hanging facilities in the hallway would be good too please.

"Home from home"

Gorgeous apartment. Exactly like photos. Comfy beds. Easy reach to all main attractions. Parking at the Talbot multi-storey car park which was just around the corner.

It was quite hot on our visit so very warm in the living area/kitchen. Thankfully fans are supplied. Bedrooms stayed cooled as kept doors shut.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

There was a skylight in the bedroom, and although we were given eye masks, it was quite bright in the morning. It could do with a blind.

"Luxury apartments central location."

The property was very well located centre of town, it was well equipped, clean, spacious, beautiful bathroom, excellent kitchen well equipped, beds were so comfortable and everything so clean. We traveled as a group of three friends, we meet up and have a short break every year have been to a few holiday let’s have to say this was the best and will recommend to all our friends. Will no doubt see this apartment again it was so good. Can’t rave enough about it.

Nothing the property was excellent.

Great location, very spacious, very clean, good facilities, good value.

No window in the main bedroom, just a skylight that didn't open or have a blind or curtain so the morning daylight woke us up way too early!!

"Lovely comfortable holiday stay!"

The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. Lot's of amenities to make our stay easier. Great location and communication from the host!

Just one issue was the skylight in the room with 2 beds which didn't have a way to block the light out. Made it a bit tricker for sleep arrangements with 2 children.
