Location great for where we were. Great parking facilities.

A bit dated and the main problem was getting into the property with 6 digit codes and palm print etc

The bed was comfortable, and the area was nice and quiet, where the apartment was.

The apartment needs updating, and there is a bad smell of damp and fragrance diffusers that made it smell worse .

Location was ideal size was good as wife is in wheelchair

Great place to stay. Dog friendly and very clean. Location is just right for a short walk into Skegness center. Suncastle family pub just round the corner. Let me park my Disability scooter inside and charge it. All heating and electricity included. Towels and bedding included and all very clean. Free parking available outside. Local KFC and other food places. Good sized rooms. All in all, a pleaseure to stay there.

Im sorry, I usually like to advise people of the downsides or negatives, but for us we did not find any.

The location.Kitchen area very modern.Bed linen very clean.

The property was very tired and in need of a refurb.The kitchen area was very good.Strange smell throughout the property with numerous air fresheners placed around the flat.

The studio had everything you needed , it was clear and the bed was comfy
