Perfect location for walking into Arundel town centre/train station. Wonderful Garden for our dog Flora and easy access to riverside walk via path adjacent to property. Comfortable well presented Apartment with Patio Doors overlooking garden from both Lounge and Bedroom. Off road parking with easy access to private side entrance. Really comfortable bed for good nights sleep. Friendly and welcoming Hosts who have their own dogs which made us feel at home.

We had an issue with locking mechanism on one of the Patio doors which we advised the owner on checkout so it could be rectified for future guests.

Excellent. Surpassed my expectations.

We unexpectedly arrived late in the evening due to the train redirection and then we struggled to find the place. Joana was so lovely with the most genuine smile waited for us on the pavement waving until we finally saw her.

Nothing, everything what we needed was there.

The kitchen being well kitted out. My dog had the best time, chasing rabbits in the garden I think she could live here!

Everything is creaking, hearing every footstep of the neighbours moving about their room and hallway, and water pipes I'm guessing. This continued throughout the night sometimes, but despite that I would stay again.

Location, quietness, meet & greet were very helpful. On-site parking. Winter stay so I did not experience the full benefits of the large garden and terrace. Heating adequate additional if needed. The kitchen and ancillaries are very good. Wi Fi excellent. There is plenty of hot water. Overall, well maintained accommodation, and I would use it again without hesitation

It's more of a comment than a dislike. A low voltage night light could be useful to navigate to the bedroom/bathroom in the night. Pillows were soft but thin and appeared lumpy at times. Appreciate this is not a hotel.but a feather pillow option would be nice. All in all, there were no dislikes

Really comfortable fantastic location and quiet . The biggest bonus is the amazing secured garden which if you have a dog is a very rare find.

Everything was great

The place was very clean and cozy and the owners supplied coffee, tea and milk which was a nice touch, the location was excellent and only a 5 min walk to the centre.

The t.v was a little small, a larger smart t.v would make all the difference after a long day exploring the sites and cities.
