Clean & tidy & had everything we needed for our stay

Creaky floors

Great apartment with plenty of character and large enough for a couple if nights stay. Good location, close to the Abbey Gardens. We only had breakfast in the apartment but it has a small kitchen equipped for cooking dinner. Good communication from the owner.

Possibly could have been a little cleaner/fresher, and it could benefit from a little refresh of the decor and furniture, I'm a landlady so I notice these things. All of that said it was totally acceptable and great value for money. We will be returning.

Great flat in a great location, just a short walk to town centre.

Excellent location with easy parking

Location, parking space, comfortable bed.

The apartment needs thoroigh cleaning. Evidence of dust, dirt, grime everywhere.stained upholstery, bed cover. Carpet pads are disintegrating. Sofa (bed) uncomfortable, folding chairs uncomfortable. Kitchen passable but no counter spacr, cooker in strange angle, crockery soiled. Tiny closet full of stuff. TV and radio not functioning (no signsl).

10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds, nice pub across the road,

We liked the location, the facilities, the parking, all the bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen, and general details of the apartment. A lot of thought was clearly put into this apartment for guests.

We felt traffic noise at night was disturbing our sleep, (maybe secondary internal glazing in bedroom only could be beneficial if fitted). The boiler starting up at 3am woke us up. Maybe it could start up later ? These would not stop us booking again, only our suggestion could help in the future.

Ideal location close to sights, shops and restaurants all within walking distance if you enjoy walking.

The grill as even with extractor fan on the smoke alarm still went off and is deafening when cooking bacon for your morning roll. Good to know it works though!
