The ease of booking and access along with car park facilities

No proper cleaning equipment, shine spray does not clean sinks in kitchen nor bathroom. Had to search for the cleaning cloth. However when contacted the cleaning company it was resolved efficiently. Shower kept getting blocked and had to purchase a plunger although was told that both apartments are like that, it’s the age.

We Wanted to visit the Cathedral and grounds, the location was fantastic for this.

We loved the close vicinity of the flat to the Abbey Gardens and the centre of Bury St Edmunds, plus the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was well appointed and thoughtful extras had been left, such as milk, biscuits, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The bed was also comfortable.

The furniture was a little basic,but it certainly didn't take away from the comfort. It wouldn't stop us returning.

Situated in town

It smelled of mould When opening the widow in the bedroom the windowsill was rotten Seatee was uncomfortable. Very basic accommodation even the towels were like rough sandpaper

Property was just what we wanted for our stay and was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect to visit the town without needing the car.

Lovely cosy little place just around the corner from the beautiful Abbey Gardens. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It's next to quite a busy road, so it can get a little noisy from the traffic.

Extraordinary building, right next to the Abbey Gardens, thoughtfully decorated and stocked, quiet and secure

Very nice rooms all nice and comfortable and clean and 10 minutes walk to town
