"Great stay, home away from home."

The property was ideally situated close to shops pubs and a 10/15 minute walk to the bus station. It was a home away from home. The beds were comfy and everything was clean with plenty of hot water and clean towels. Ideal for all ages as it was a ground floor flat with two double beds and a single which suited us perfectly.

The location is great, near town centre and the shops, everything within a walking distance and the price was good as well.

The house seemed dirty, the floor was not cleaned, and the sofa and beds were in a bad condition with dirty marks all over them, they need new mattresses and a sofa or at least a cover. The bathroom is tiny, couldn't fit in the shower and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower, no mirror or a toothbrush holder either. There was no WiFi in the house, didn't want to contact the hosts, so had to use my data while we stayed there.

The location was very good to reach all amenities on foot. The key code is a great idea as is handy.

The street noise is high, we live a rural area so probably a little more sensitive to the noise. The property could do with a little updating. Heating could be turned on a couple of hours prior to arrival during colder months.

The handy central location.

The lack of curtains in the bedrooms, the blinds alone were not great at keeping out the light in the mornings. Just another idea would be a welcome folder, specifying how close the supermarket and chemist is to the flat as well as the plethora of takeaways, restaurants and bars on the door step.

"Great for a short stay."

This is a ground floor flat with 1 dedicated parking space outside. Great to stay in a flat with ample cooking facilities. Compact but with kitchen/living room. Large TV, excellent Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms - one with a double& single. Location was actually great 20 min walk to the museum (botanic gardens/bookshops vintage shops en route); 20 min to city hall (& main shopping area) and blue fish/bridges. Tesco express 2 min walk away. Great for a short stay and we got a text to say it was available early. Coded door entry. Thank you.

Be aware it’s a ground floor flat - good access- with windows opening onto the street on both sides & no garden (not a problem for us).
